Angels Neverland uses USPS (Ground or Priority) and UPS (Ground or Ground Advantage) chosen at seller's discretion using a combined factor of delivery time and price. Custom Keepsakes (except bandannas) are shipped using UPS. Please email angelsneverland@yahoo.com if you have any shipping questions. A small handling fee is built in to international orders, but when I am able to secure a smaller shipping fee I do issue shipping refunds.
Returns
Angels Neverland has a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. This is a generous policy as most cut fabric is typically not returnable. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. Unless there is something wrong with your fabric, buyer is responsible for the initial shipping charges if previously paid by Angels Neverland, shipping charge will be deducted from refund. Insurance and tracking must be included when returning items. Returned packages not received cannot be refunded.
Please handle your items with care and return them in the same new condition they were received. To be eligible for a return fabric must be unused, uncut, unaltered; not washed, dried or ironed, and in its original packaging when included. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact angelsneverland@yahoo.com. If your return is accepted, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order once received and contact angelsneverland@yahoo.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, any custom product (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Sale items requested for return will be decided on a case by case basis. I am unable to accept returns on gift cards.

Refunds
I will notify you once I receive and inspect your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
