Made to Order Custom T-shirt Memory Quilt or Wallhanging. Images are an example 4 T-shirt quilt that I made with my Mom's Curves T-shirts for her gym buddy. She was so touched by the gift. It gave me such pleasure to share those memories with her. I will devote the same care, love, and attention to your project to remember someone special. Each item is one of a kind and unique.
Approximate finished size is 36 x 36 inches (Larger sizes available as custom orders with additional fees). Straight stitch quilting is included. Batting not required with Shannon Cuddle backing, but can be added for a thicker weight (at additional charge based on size of quilt).
Production Time: 3-4 weeks after receipt of your T-shirts (RUSH orders available for additional fee based on timing needed). No availability for Christmas Delivery 2023
Over 50 Minky choices of backing fabric (not shown in my shop), customer will pick through shared photo images during the planning process. Border colors will also be chosen based on T-shirt colors and your input if desired. Need to just have it done for you? You don’t have to pick a thing, you can leave it up to Angels Neverland for color matching and choices.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
Pre-wash and dry all T-shirts with a detergent. Very important that you DO NOT USE ANY FABRIC SOFTENER.
Inspect that T-shirts are clean and suitable to your liking for quality of the shirt and finished product.
Mail shirts to me with a tracked service (UPS or USPS). You do NOT have to cut your shirts, I will do this for you at no additional fee.
FINISHED PRODUCT Washing Instructions: Machine Wash Cold, Gentle Cycle, Dry on Low or No Heat with NO BLEACH And NO FABRIC SOFTENER to maintain cuddle fabric softness.

Angels Neverland uses USPS (Ground or Priority) and UPS (Ground or Ground Advantage) chosen at seller's discretion using a combined factor of delivery time and price. Custom Keepsakes (except bandannas) are shipped using UPS. Please email angelsneverland@yahoo.com if you have any shipping questions. A small handling fee is built in to international orders, but when I am able to secure a smaller shipping fee I do issue shipping refunds.
Returns
Angels Neverland has a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. This is a generous policy as most cut fabric is typically not returnable. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. Unless there is something wrong with your fabric, buyer is responsible for the initial shipping charges if previously paid by Angels Neverland, shipping charge will be deducted from refund. Insurance and tracking must be included when returning items. Returned packages not received cannot be refunded.
Please handle your items with care and return them in the same new condition they were received. To be eligible for a return fabric must be unused, uncut, unaltered; not washed, dried or ironed, and in its original packaging when included. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact angelsneverland@yahoo.com. If your return is accepted, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order once received and contact angelsneverland@yahoo.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, any custom product (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Sale items requested for return will be decided on a case by case basis. I am unable to accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges

Refunds
I will notify you once I receive and inspect your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
