Cold Winter Morning Picture This Quilt Kit with Tonga Moonlit Batiks Precuts

Easy DIY Beginner Winter or Christmas QUILT KIT for Holiday Quilt includes (14) PRECUT 10" squares from Timeless Treasures Tonga Batik MOONLIT (you will sub cut these into 5" squares for your border) and yardage from (light) Northcott Angels on High White on White Snowflakes or (dark) Brown Ground blender from Marcus Fabrics to create a Holiday Gift or a Keepsake Treasure for yourself. 

Uses Moonlit 10 inch PRECUT squares (sub-cut into 5" squares) (see fabric images) to help you start and finish your project quickly.  Please note, quilt image mockup is shown with Lakeside batiks which were very similar in color hues to the NEW Moonlit Batik pack.  Images of packs of fabric are the NEW Moonlit batik packs.

Cold Winter Morning Moose Panel is the center focus to this quilt.  You will use yardage fabric to cut your strips and binding.  Kit completes TOP and BINDING of your quilt.  Backing can be added from this listing or purchased separately.

The pattern calls for 42 five-inch squares.  You choose how to arrange your framed squares, but they are pre-cut and ready to go.  Save Time and Money!  You can choose to arrange your squares in any way you like. The image shown is a computer generated sample.

BACKING UPGRADE OPTIONS:
Backing Yardage figured using RK (Robert Kaufman) Quilting Calculator; due to the directional nature of suggested fabrics, you should calculate with the fabric running the length of the quilt. Cotton fabric will require a seam down the center. Shannon Cuddle with fit across the width of the quilt; therefore less fabric is needed.

2 yards of Cuddle Minky (58/60 width)

ADDITIONAL MATERIALS NEEDED:

• Batting if desired (typically not necessary when using Cuddle Minky as back)
• all purpose thread
• rotary cutter, mat, and ruler or your usual cutting supplies
• basic sewing supplies

Quilt Kit is sealed in envelopes, placed in box or additional envelope or bubble envelope. Shipped securely with insurance through USPS or UPS.
